At Canvasgalleri.se, we accept the following payment methods: Klarna, Visa, and MasterCard.
All prices listed on Canvasgalleri.se are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
Please note that we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, adjust prices, and account for sold-out items.

Delivery

We offer free delivery through PostNord. The delivery time is typically 10-15 working days. Once your painting is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email from PostNord. If you provided your mobile number during the order process, you will also receive an SMS notification. Your artwork will be dispatched to your nearest PostNord Parcel agent, securely packaged with corner protectors and plastic wrapping. All shipments can be tracked using PostNord's track and trace service.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. This period starts from the day you receive your item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, National Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, it will be extended to the next business day.
To exercise your right of return, you must notify Canvasgalleri.se before the return period expires. Please include your name, address, and order number in your notification.
Canvasgalleri.se will refund the amount within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Right to Return

Canvasgalleri.se offers a 2-year warranty on their products according to the Purchase Act. This warranty covers major manufacturing and material defects discovered during regular use. What's not covered:
Defects, damage, or wear and tear caused by misuse, improper maintenance, force, or unauthorized repairs.
Faults identified during a reasonable examination of the product must be reported to Canvasgalleri.se promptly.
Returns and Refunds:
You can return the product for repair, replacement, or possibly a store credit, depending on the agreement.
Canvasgalleri.se will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
How to return:
You can return the item by mail or by bringing it to their store in person. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Clearly mark the package with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
Include your bank account number and registration number for the refund. This information can be sent via email or traditional mail.
